For visual appeal, one image from a small collection of images is placed beside the content of MELD pages each time a page loads. They are presented randomly using javascript and are not referred to in the site text, nor are they necessary for understanding any of the information on the pages. None of the images may be re-used without direct permission from the original source. The images are pulled from this group:
