Project MELD - Multicultural Enhanced Learning for Diversity

Penn State's diversity plan challenges faculty and staff to strengthen how diversity issues are addressed in the curriculum. With support from the AT&T Foundation, this Web site will enable faculty to use information technology to leverage resources already created, and create new resources to share in a flexible, robust, and scalable way.

Project MELD will take advantage of the new multicultural and international perspectives, allowing faculty to integrate this knowledge into our courses, climate, and communities. Such integration should offer students insight into the larger world and prepare them for life and employment in an increasingly complex and diverse work environment.
